1. There is a 14-day return policy

In order to return your e-bike you must contact customer service within 14 days of receiving the bike, the bike must have less than 10 miles on the odometer, and you must return all items in the original packaging. Tips for returning your RadMission 1

You will need to repackage the e-bike exactly how you received it in order to return it.

• Keep the box intact
• Save all packaging materials
• Take photos of how the bike is packaged

2. The bike does not arrive fully assembled

It is important to know that when you order a RadMission 1 online, it does not arrive fully assembled. You will need to add the handle bars, headlight, seat, front wheel, and pedals.

3. You can assemble the bike yourself

Although the manufacturer offers a professional service to set up your bike, you can easily assemble the RadMission 1 yourself. The bike will take about a half hour to an hour to set up as long as you have the proper tools.

4. The proper assembly tools are not included

An assembly toolkit is included in the box, but it only includes basic Allen wrenches and wrenches that are not suitable for safely assembling an electric bicycle. The manufacturer even recommends that you should not use these tools and you should invest in the right tools for the job.
